Refund policy

Exchanges are not accepted. 

Refunds are acceptable for unopened, unused extensions in its original, sealed packaging within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept open/used products for hygiene reasons. This will be assessed upon receipt of the returned item on a case by base basis.

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of any taxes, custom duties, or import related fees. Depending on your location charges may be applied by local customs authorities, payabale by the buyer. EP Studios will not be held liable for returning any such charges, delays or losses resulting from customs processes.

Please note that all approved refunds are processed at the customer’s liability, and EP Studios shall not be held responsible for any refund cost, loss, damage, or delays incurred during the return process.
